Convenient Location near Airport

The bed was very comfortable. They give you two different size pillows. The staff was friendly. The airport was very close. A ten-minute walk for me because my flight was earlier than the shuttle bus hours. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The shuttle bus is included.
The central heating system didn't work. They put a little heater in the room. There was no air circulation and it got very dry.

merely adequate, sadly
small room shuttle limitations
The location near the airport was CONVENIENT. It is indeed quite close.
The room felt small, and frankly, a little tired. the bathroom setup resulted in water EVERYWHERE after a shower. the airport shuttle also only runs every half hour and accommodates only a handful of passengers. Planning ahead is essential.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, which runs frequently. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and accommodated different schedules. I found the room clean and functional for a short stay. Restaurant service was available after my evening arrival. I thought that was very convenient.

The staff was polite and helpful, providing directions to a nearby restaurant when the hotel's Le Patio was closed for the night. A very pleasant lady spoke English well and allowed me to check in early! The airport shuttle was timely.

free shuttle buffet breakfast airport proximity unhelpful receptionist broken lock
The staff provided a free airport shuttle service. The hotel directed me to a nearby restaurant, Au Bureau, it was a 5-minute walk. Buffet breakfast had good options. The hotel is very close to the airport.
The receptionist was not helpful, I was unable to charge my phone as THERE were no usb ports. The hotel room had a broken lock that was badly repaired. The security chain on the door was very worrying. There were NO tea and coffee facilities.

peeling tile covers moldy bathroom
The tram stop was right outside. This made getting around easy (no need for expensive taxis!).
The room felt outdated. The bathroom had peeling tile covers, and there was mold. I also found the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room annoying.
